POLICY FOR REIMBURSEMENT
Before purchase of Adware Pro please read carefully the following to be adequately informed on terms, conditions and procedures provided for reimbursement in our policy. Continuing to use our Internet site declares expressly to accept the terms of repayment reported in this Privacy Statement.

Since the products that we sell are goods not materials and irrevocable, in principle we do not give refunds after having sent the software to the buyer. By purchasing Adware Pro declares that you understand and to accept this principle. We know that exceptional may occur and therefore we accept claims for reimbursement where there is one of the following conditions:

FAILURE TO SUPPLY SOFTWARE - In the buyer, you are informed of the fact that the code to activate the software you will be sent automatically by e-mail as soon as the purchase procedure. This means that the activation code you will be sent immediately after the payment of the relevant licence ( will have been regularly credited to our account at plimus. 2. TECHNICAL DEFECT IRREPARABLE OR SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THE SOFTWARE
Even if our software is always carefully controlled before the sending to the customer, may rarely happen that errors occur unforeseen. In this case, the buyer must first contact with our customer service for describes the technical problem found. Once established that the problem stems from a technical defect of our software and not by improper use, wrong or unreasonable for the buyer, we shall proceed immediately to the refund of entire sum by the same paid for the purchase of the licence use of the software, unless it can within two days (i.e. by 48 hours of the notification) to find a solution to remove the defect technical denounced by the buyer.

LEGAL NOTICE: Compatibility problems are excluded from this warranty. The buyer is totally responsible for any problems of compatibility between its operating system and Adware Pro. Our website provides all the necessary information about the technical requirements and the compatible operating systems. The potential buyers please always check before purchase, if their operating system has the minimum requirements necessary. While for our part we are prepared, in particular cases well founded, to grant the requests of refund for reasons other than those provided here, the buyer for its part acknowledges and accepts that to maintain our conditions of undamaged do so at our total sole discretion, and that the individual requests we will be assessed case by case, without obligation of guarantee. If the buyer will have the right to reimbursement for the reasons here provided (failure to supply the software, defect technical irreparable or serious problem), you should contact us within seven days after the purchase of the licence to carry out the formalities of the case. The Buyer will be sure to submit the application for reimbursement in accordance with the conditions referred to above.
